Industrial Burner Technician

Wiring work of new industrial steam and heating installations
Start-up and adjustment of new installations (mainly steam but also large industrial heating boilers > 2,5 MW)
Troubleshooting industrial steam and heating installations (mainly burner failures).
Annual maintenance and recalibration of burners
Start-up of rental steam boilers and rental industrial heating boilers

Meets the following criteria

Possess a G1/G2 and Cedicol certificate
Preferably experience in the industrial steam boiler or heating world and/or industrial burners – control boiler via Siemens S7
The position requires daily travel (mainly within Flanders – occasionally in Wallonia and Luxembourg and sporadically abroad) for which a decent fully equipped van will be provided (VW transporter type)
Ability to think analytically, disciplined and punctual
Is not easily deterred but continues to search for the solution (in consultation with 5 fellow technicians)
Can work under stress and not afraid to work overtime (the goal is for the installation to start or restart in a timely manner)
Diplomatic to customers
Knowledge of the French language is a plus
Has a technical background through experience or a level bachelor’s or master’s degree in electricity or electromechanics
