Team Leader After Sales

  • You have a strong technical affinity (experience with HVAC, air conditioning or industrial boilers is a plus).
  • You are an organizational talent, accurate, proactive and independent.
  • You live for technology, but also have a sense of responsibility and leadership.
  • You are fluent and diplomatic with customers and colleagues.
  • You are flexible and don’t mind adjusting your workday as needed.
  • You speak fluent French and good English
  • You hold safety in high regard.

Meets the following criteria

  • You are the first point of contact for customers and technicians in case of questions or malfunctions.
  • You will support technicians with your technical knowledge (interpreting schematics, diagnosing…).
  • You organize planned and urgent interventions together with our planner.
  • You follow up maintenance and rental contracts administratively (invoicing, suppliers, post-calculation…).
  • You handle urgent spare parts entirely on your own: from analysis to ordering and delivery.
  • You help manage the warehouse and optimize stock.
  • You will actively participate in the further implementation of our ERP system.
  • You will be responsible for safety registrations of our technicians on customer sites (Check@Work, passports…).
  • You will check combustion reports and prepare the following interventions.
